Site training remains a persistent source of inefficiency in clinical research that is marked by redundant requirements, fragmented delivery, and heavy documentation burden.

This panel session will introduce a new approach that reframes training around demonstrated competency, role relevance, and reuse of existing knowledge. Representing sponsor, contract research organization, and two distinct site perspectives, the panelists will challenge entrenched training practices—such as repeated Good Clinical Practice and technology system training—that may exceed what is necessary to demonstrate competency and qualification under regulatory expectations.
