ACRP Member Rates
ACRP Members get the lowest conference registration rates through their membership benefits. Individual Members and Organization and ACCESS Members who receive membership benefits through their employer are eligible for discounted member pricing.
Non-Member Rates
Save money by joining before you register. An ACRP membership is just $160 per year, and the combined cost of membership plus member-rate conference registration is less than the non-member registration rate. To receive member pricing, you must become an ACRP Member before completing your conference registration.

Workshops are a ticketed event that are NOT included with Full Conference registration.
Attendees may earn an additional 5.50 ACRP Contact Hours for the Full-Day Workshops above the 24.0 ACRP Contact Hours with Full Conference Registration.
Lunch will be provided to workshop registrants.

Student Registration Discounts: Full-time undergraduate and graduate students who use a valid .edu email address to create their ACRP account and submit a signed Enrollment Verification document from their academic institution. Undergraduate students must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester, and graduate students must be enrolled in a minimum of 9 credit hours per semester. Group Registration Discount: ACRP offers discounted pricing for groups of 10 individuals or more. This discount is available to ACRP Members and non-members. Please complete this form so we may follow up directly.
Discounted Registration Rates
Cancellations received in writing by March 24, 2027, will result in a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee). Refunds will be processed via the payment method used to cover the cost of the original registration. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 24, 2027.
If the registrant is unable to attend the ACRP conference, they must contact ACRP Customer Care to substitute someone else from the same institution/organization.
Substitution requests must come from the original registrant and include the original registrant’s name and amount paid, in addition to the replacement and attendee’s email and full name. Should the registration transfer occur between registrants eligible for different registration categories (member versus non-member), the substitute will be responsible for paying the difference between registration fees.
