Get Settled & Get Connected
Your ACRP 2027 experience begins with opportunities to meet fellow attendees, reconnect with colleagues, and start building new professional relationships. Immerse yourself in the energy of the clinical research community!
Friday Highlights:
After arriving at the hotel, stop by the Registration Desk (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) to pick up your badge and conference materials. The ACRP team will be available throughout the day to answer questions and help you get settled.
If you're not attending a Pre-Conference Workshop, take advantage of some free time to enjoy San Diego. Relax by the pool, stroll the marina, or explore the restaurants, attractions, and waterfront experiences just steps from the hotel.
New to ACRP? RSVP for the First-Time Attendee Mixer (4:00 PM to 5:00 PM), a welcoming opportunity to meet fellow first-time attendees, make new connections, and start building your conference network before the main program begins.
Join us for the Opening Night Celebration (5:00 PM to 7:00 PM) in the Expo Hall (Pacific Ballroom). Enjoy refreshments, reconnect with colleagues, meet new peers, and help set the tone for the days ahead as we come together to chart the course for the future of clinical research.

Saturday is where ACRP 2027 hits its stride. Saturday Highlights:
Start your learning at the Saturday Signature Series session (9:00 - 10:15 AM), where you'll gain fresh perspectives and inspiration from thought leaders across the industry.
Take advantage of networking meals and coffee breaks throughout the day to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and share experiences with attendees from across the clinical research enterprise.
Eligible participants are invited to attend the ClinOps Leadership Luncheon (12:15 - 1:30 PM), an exclusive gathering of clinical operations leaders, directors, managers, and executives.
Spend time in the Expo Hall during the Extended Networking Break (2:15 - 3:00 PM), where you can engage with exhibitors, explore innovative solutions, and enjoy interactive activations designed to keep the energy high.
Wrap up your day at the Evening Reception (4:45 - 6:45 PM), a relaxed opportunity to continue conversations, reconnect with colleagues, and celebrate with fellow attendees.
Invited guests can conclude the evening at the Chairs Leadership Reception (6:30 - 8:00 PM), recognizing the contributions of the leaders and volunteers who help advance the clinical research profession.

The ACRP Fellows Luncheon (12:00 - 1:15 PM), an invite-only gathering, will honor the 2027 Class of Fellows and recognize these leaders whose contributions have helped advance the clinical research profession.
