Jamie Bartzel is the Clinical Research Coordinator for the Dominantly Inherited Alzheimer Network (DIAN) Expanded Registry at WashU Medicine, communicating with prospective research participants around the globe. In this role, she helps Registry members access genetic counseling and testing, clinical trial and observational study participation, and support resources. Her expertise includes cross-cultural communication and participant advocacy.

Jamie brings to this work a background in higher education student affairs, public health outreach (including HIV prevention and relationship violence education), and event planning. Her focus on informed decision-making and personal autonomy drive her to help participants find meaningful research opportunities and advocate for their local rare disease communities.
