Annie Carter is Vice President of Research at OneOncology, bringing more than 28 years of experience leading clinical research across community health systems, research networks, and federally funded programs. Her experience spans Phase I–IV clinical trials, research operations, regulatory compliance, quality management, and organizational transformation.

Throughout her career, Annie has built and scaled research programs, strengthened quality and regulatory infrastructure, and led organizations through FDA inspection preparation and readiness. She is passionate about creating practical, sustainable systems that embed inspection readiness into everyday research operations rather than treating it as an event. Annie is an experienced clinical research leader and frequent speaker on FDA inspection readiness, quality management, operational excellence, and building high-performing research organizations.
