Elizabeth Feathers, ACRP-CP, is a Clinical Operations Manager at NMDP, a nonprofit that facilitates bone marrow transplants and cellular therapies. With over a decade of experience in clinical research, she has held roles at academic institutions and within NMDP’s CIBMTR CRO Services, progressing from clinical research coordinator to clinical research specialist and now clinical operations manager. She currently leads a team overseeing clinical research systems and study start-up, partnering closely with site staff to streamline activation and maintain regulatory compliance. Elizabeth has contributed to the development of SOPs, optimized workflows, and supported cross-functional collaboration by emphasizing efficiency, mentorship, and fostering inclusive team environments.
