Ms. Finch joined Campbell University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical & Clinical Sciences. She teaches in both undergraduate and graduate clinical research programs. Prior to joining Campbell University, Ms. Finch built an extensive career in clinical research operations across academic health systems, sponsors, and contract research organizations, serving most recently as Program Manager with UNC Health Office of Clinical Research. Her professional background includes leadership roles in clinical research management, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and multi-site study implementation spanning pharmaceutical, device, and investigator-initiated trials. Throughout her career, she has supported research across a wide range of therapeutic areas including cardiovascular disease, oncology, neurology, immunology, pediatrics, and medical devices. Her current professional interests include clinical research operations optimization, regulatory quality, workforce development, and expanding equitable access to clinical trials in community-based settings.
