Meredith Fitz-Gerald, MSN is a Director of Education and Community Partnerships with the Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS) in the Clinical Research Support Enterprise (CREST) at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. With over 20 years’ experience in clinical training and clinical trial support, her leadership has been impactful with the development and implementation of key programs such as the Research Orientation Program, Research Seminar Series, Clinical Investigator Training Program, and many others that set the foundation of success for clinical research professionals. As a member of the CCTS, she has served on many Clinical Research Professional (CRP) Special Interest Groups (SIG) committees with the Association of Clinical and Translational Science (ACTS) .
