Dr. Jessica Fritter is a nationally recognized clinical research leader with expertise in trial operations, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and academic innovation. As Associate Clinical Professor and Director of Clinical Research Programs at The Ohio State University, she leads graduate and undergraduate programs preparing the next generation of research professionals. She has overseen complex, multi-site clinical trials across academic medical centers, research networks, and sponsors. As Faculty Director of a Multisite Trial Coordinating Center, she provides executive oversight of operations, implementation, and regulatory strategy to ensure high-quality study conduct. Her prior roles, including Chief Clinical Research Officer, reflect strengths in operational strategy, compliance, financial oversight, and risk management. Dr. Fritter is known for expertise in monitoring, auditing, and quality systems that enhance compliance and efficiency. An ACRP-certified Fellow, she is also a scholar and national leader advancing clinical research workforce development and education.
