am a broadly experienced leader, manager, and planner of programs in health care and public health systems. I established the Sinai Chicago Office of Government Grants Administration supporting a portfolio of $38M in government grants. Over 30 years, I have collaborated in developing research and service project designs, plans, and funding; participated in ACA reform managed care, bundled payment, and enrollment initiatives and demonstrations in organization of a Managed Care Community Network. I have developed or led national demonstration projects addressing health systems reform and population health management. For the past 15 months, I have been co-leading the planning and organization of Sinai Chicago's Research Trials Office drawing on this experience with government research grants as well as 21 years as a member of the Mount Sinai Hospital Institutional Review Board, including the last 8 years as its Chair.
