Samir Jain is the Head of EHR and Interoperability Solutions, responsible for building Medidata’s Healthcare Interoperability strategy and Site solutions. Samir has over 20 years of experience working with healthcare technologies and organizations. Samir started his career building EHRs, leading the interoperability and standards team at Allscripts. He later spent time building large-scale Health Information Exchanges and leading Clinical Platform and Product strategy at Teladoc and RubiconMD. Samir has also served on Carequality’s Steering Committee, contributing to the mission of nationwide interoperability. At Medidata, Samir is focused on building scalable interoperability solutions that allow for quick, seamless and efficient integration into the vast healthcare, EHR, and eSource ecosystems, enabling RWD, and improving the experience of participating in clinical trials for both sites as well as patients.
