Rachana Kanvinde is a clinical operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading multi-site research networks, gene therapy, oncology, rare disease and advanced therapeutic clinical trials. Her expertise spans site network development, operational scale-up, governance, and implementation of high-performing clinical infrastructure to support complex studies across diverse research environments. She has led initiatives focused on accelerating study startup, strengthening site readiness, and building scalable operational models that improve quality, execution, and equitable patient access. Rachana has extensive experience supporting advanced and complex therapies and disease programs, with a focus on aligning operational strategy, oversight, and site performance. As Director of SPARK Center of Excellence at the Tigerlily Foundation, she also advances community-integrated approaches to improve clinical trial education, patient access and participation. As President of the ACRP Atlanta Chapter, she leads clinical research educational initiatives and workforce development across the clinical research community.
