Rachana Kanvinde, MS, CCRP, is Founder & Principal of Arusha Strategies and a clinical research and healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling research operations, site networks, and strategic partnerships across the clinical research ecosystem. Her experience spans gene therapy, rare disease, oncology, and advanced therapeutics, with leadership across academic medical centers, healthcare systems, research sites and networks, sponsors, CROs, and patient advocacy organizations. Through Arusha Strategies, Rachana focuses on strengthening organizational capability, operational infrastructure, governance, leadership, and ecosystem partnerships to support sustainable growth and high-quality research delivery. Her approach translates strategy into execution through scalable operating models, stronger site and investigator readiness, improved operational performance, and systems that support increasingly complex clinical trials. Rachana also serves as President of the ACRP Atlanta Area Chapter. Her work brings together operational strategy, organizational development, and cross-sector collaboration to strengthen research delivery and expand access to clinical trials.
