Based at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, She brings deep expertise in multi-site research strategy, site management, workforce development, and operational efficiency. Edwina’s career spans roles that have advanced collaborative, high-performing teams and shaped research infrastructure across institutions. Known for her transparent communication and values-driven leadership, she mentors emerging professionals while steering complex budgeting and strategic initiatives. Edwina is also an ACRP subject matter expert and actively contributes her expertise to educational initiatives.
