I am Clinical Research Education and Policy Specialist at City of Hope, where my focus is onboarding and continuing education for clinical research professionals. As a master’s-prepared nurse with more than 15 years of clinical research experience, I have had the opportunity to build my career in oncology and hematology. Pairing that with my additional experience in quality assurance/control, evidence-based practice implementation, and workforce development, I bring a unique perspective to my role. I aim to help research staff grow in confidence and competence through thoughtful training and practical day-to-day support. I am passionate about creating learning experiences that translate easily to the real-world clinical research work done every day. I strongly believe that effective education and continued support for research staff are essential to high-quality trial execution and improved patient care.
