Madiha Shakir is the founder of Ullu Learning Design, LLC, a learning strategy and instructional design firm specializing in healthcare and public health. With over 20 years of experience spanning clinical research operations, consulting, and workforce development, Madiha brings a rare combination of frontline research expertise and cutting-edge learning design methodology to her work. She began her career supporting clinical and public health research at Emory University and the CDC, and later served as Research Program Director at Northside Hospital, where she led the merger of two large oncology research programs and doubled clinical trial enrollment. She has since designed training programs for NIH-funded clinical trials, the Alzheimer's Association, the U.S. Public Health Service, and major academic healthcare systems. Madiha holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, a BS in Biology from Emory University, and a Certificate in Instructional Design and eLearning from the University of Georgia.
