Denise Snyder is a nationally recognized leader in clinical research operations and workforce development, serving as Associate Dean for Clinical Research at Duke University School of Medicine. With more than 20 years of experience, she has led major transformations in clinical research infrastructure, including the evolution of a centralized research support model and implementation of enterprise systems that enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance. She is a strong advocate for workforce innovation, co-developing a nationally recognized program focused on engagement and resilience, and contributing to competency-based workforce frameworks through numerous publications. Denise is actively engaged in shaping the future of the profession through national leadership roles, including service on workforce-focused committees and the board of a leading professional organization.
