Gary Fiocco is the CEO of PCRS Network, LLC, an independent clinical research site network focused on helping sponsors and CROs connect with high-quality research sites to accelerate clinical trial execution. Gary joined PCRS Network in 2012 after being recruited by John Neal, Founder and Chairman of the Board of PCRS Network. Gary initially served as Director of Operations and now serves as CEO, helping drive the company’s mission to save and improve lives by accelerating clinical research. Gary has more than a decade of experience in clinical research site operations, sponsor and CRO relationships, study placement, feasibility, business development, contract and budget negotiation, and operational strategy. He also brings practical experience using AI tools to improve communication, workflow efficiency, document review, and daily business operations. His broader career includes more than 30 years as an entrepreneur, executive, mentor, and business advisor.
