Kalli Kniss is President and Chief Operating Officer of PCRS Network (Preferred Clinical Research Sites) and a member of the Board of Directors for the ACRP San Diego Chapter. With more than 20 years of healthcare and clinical research experience, she began her research career at the site level in 2006 and has since developed expertise spanning clinical operations, business development, financial management, site strategy, and organizational leadership. Drawing from her nursing background, Kalli brings a strong clinical foundation and firsthand understanding of the patient experience. Throughout her career, she has successfully negotiated and executed thousands of clinical trial budgets and Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) while working collaboratively with research sites, sponsors, CROs, investigators, and industry partners. Her broad experience across multiple stakeholder perspectives enables her to identify practical solutions that improve site sustainability, strengthen partnerships, and advance the efficient delivery of high-quality clinical research.
