Shana Shukry is a Senior Clinical Trial Manager and founder of Saiph Clinical Trial Consulting LLC, with more than 11 years of progressive experience in clinical research operations at both the site and sponsor levels. Her career spans Clinical Research Coordinator through Senior CTM, with deep expertise in study startup strategy, patient recruitment and retention, and sponsor and site operational management across global studies in infectious disease, hepatology, rheumatology, and stem cell transplant. She has led multiple Phase I-III programs spanning 200+ sites across 24 countries and has optimized enrollment strategies across complex, multi-country studies. She currently consults for two biotechnology companies, advising on operational feasibility and trial execution. She holds a BA in Health Sciences and a GCP Certificate.
