Kelsie L. Wetzel is a Supervising Certified Clinical Research Coordinator at Rocky Mountain Clinical Research. Since joining the team in April 2021, she has played a key role in the coordination of more than 50 clinical trials across a range of therapeutic areas. Kelsie has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Entrepreneurship and Innovation degree, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in May 2021 from Arizona State University. She is certified through ACRP and holds additional regulatory and safety training including GCP, PHRP, and IATA. Now in a supervisory role, Kelsie is passionate about fostering a research environment where innovation and compassion go hand in hand. She finds deep purpose in helping patients feel informed, supported and empowered throughout the clinical trial process. Ensuring coordinators are adequately trained and prepared to work independently in clinical trials has been the focus of her work for the last 5 years.
